She is looking after Statutory, Internal, Tax, System and Management audits of Large and medium size companies, organisations, Banks, PSU’s etc.

Also dealing with Value Added Tax (VAT) matters, Company law matters, work related to document vetting, company incorporation, mergers, de-mergers, winding ups, corporate restructuring, fund management, business planning, IFRS implementation etc. She has given lectures on Auditing, Accounting Standards and related subjects. Presently she is looking after service tax matters including handling of appeals at various stages.
