He represents the highest number of cases before ITAT Jaipur Bench.

He is looking after industrial project financing and consultation, statutory and internal audits of listed companies, corporate taxation (both income tax and service tax/GST), Company law matters, business management and consultancy. He has served in large size industry and dealt various accounting, financial, banking arrangements and corporate management matters. He also deals work related to document vetting, Business structuring/restructuring, Tax planning, outsourcing and BPO, commercial and legal consultancy.

She is looking after Statutory, Internal, Tax, System and Management audits of Large and medium size companies, organisations, Banks, PSU’s etc. Also dealing with Value Added Tax (VAT) matters, Company law matters, work related to document vetting, company incorporation, mergers, de-mergers, winding ups, corporate restructuring, fund management, business planning, IFRS implementation etc. She has given lectures on Auditing, Accounting Standards and related subjects. Presently she is looking after service tax matters including handling of appeals at various stages.

He is looking after income tax, TDS, project financing & excise returns. He also deals work related to filing of reply of various taxation matters. He also regularly appears before central excise tax authorities for various taxation matters. He comes with over 3 years of robust experience in Equity Research, and related subjects like Valuations, Sector tracking, Financial Report Writing, Presentations and Due Diligence, to name a few.
